Simple. Strategic. Sustainable.

A Practical Approach to Better Energy, Strength, Recovery, and Longevity.

Let’s build habits that last.

My goal is to

turn wellness into

practical part

of everyday life.

The most meaningful results come from doing the basics well: sleeping deeply, eating thoughtfully, moving regularly, and giving your body time to recover.

About John

My background is in high-performance environments where outcomes matter.

For decades, I’ve worked in fund raising, strategic partnerships, and alongside entrepreneurs, executives, and creative professionals who depend on sustained energy, clear thinking, and resilience to perform at their best.

I know firsthand that success becomes harder when your health is not supporting you.

Over the years, I’ve tested countless training methods and supplements on myself.

As I’ve gotten older, and especially after becoming a father at 50, my approach has evolved.

I’ve found that the most meaningful results come from consistently focusing on the basics: sleep, nutrition, movement, and recovery.

See how a simpler, sustainable, and more strategic approach to health can help you perform stronger, feel better, and enjoy life more.

Why the 3 spirals?

The symbol in my logo is inspired by the ancient Irish Triskele, a triple spiral carved into stone at Newgrange more than 5,000 years ago. It represents balance, movement, and the idea that everything is connected.

I’ve had a version of this symbol tattooed on my back since 2005, created by Māori artist Inia Taylor while I was on tour as an artist manager Byron Bay.

For me, it’s a reminder that health, like life, tends to work best when the basics are in balance. The Irish have known for a few thousand years that simple things done consistently usually win.

My 3 pillars of wellness

  1. Consistency Beats Intensity

The most effective plan is the one you can follow week after week. Sustainable habits outperform short bursts of perfection.

  2. Simpler Is Usually Better

Most people do not need a more complicated plan. They need a clear, focused strategy built around sleep, nutrition, and movement.

  3. Your Plan Should Support Your Life

Wellness should help you become more present, energetic, and resilient, not create additional stress or obsession.
