Frequently Asked Questions

What makes your coaching different?

This is not a generic meal plan or workout template.

Every client receives a personalized approach based on their goals, lifestyle, schedule, strengths, challenges, and available bandwidth. The focus is on sustainable results, not short-term fixes.

Do I need more willpower?

No.

Most people do not need more discipline. They need better systems, fewer decisions, and a plan that fits their real life. The objective is to make healthy choices easier, more automatic, and sustainable over time.

What is the ultimate goal of coaching?

The goal is not to rely on coaching forever.

The goal is to build the habits, systems, and confidence needed to take ownership of your health and maintain results long after the coaching engagement ends.

Who do you typically work with?

I can work remotely or in-person a most of my clients are busy professionals, founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and parents who want to improve their health, energy, sleep, body composition, and overall performance without turning their lives upside down.

The coaching process is designed to be flexible and adaptable so that progress continues regardless of travel, work demands, family commitments, or life events.

Is this a nutrition program or a fitness program?
